If you have several long term conditions we can synchronise your review appointments so that you make a minimum number of visits to the surgery.

The practice is now aiming to arrange all annual reviews for long term conditions at a single appointment in your birth month. Sometimes it may be necessary to attend an initial appointment for blood tests/pressure/height and weight, before seeing a Doctor or Experienced Nurse on a second occasion to complete the review.
