As 2020 draws to a close, I think that we can all take time to appreciate that this year has been far from normal. The COVID Pandemic has impacted all of us in various ways both personally and professionally. This year has been incredibly hard for all who work in the health and social care sector. At Castle we have tried to ensure that we provide the best service possible to all patients, whilst having to manage the additional requirements to how we work to keep patients and staff safe during this global crisis.
We understand that there may have been times when you have found it frustrating that you have not been able to visit the surgery or speak to your usual Dr or Nurse. Rest assured that we have also found it hard that we are not able to see as many Patients in person and that we have had to adapt to new ways to care for you and your family.
We would like to offer our thanks for all the help and support you have shown us over this year. Christmas is a time to stop and reflect on the previous year. This year more than ever taking time to spend with friends or family seems especially important. The festive period is also a time to look forward with hope to what the new year may bring. I hope that the news of the COVID vaccine will bring an end to the pandemic and help keep our family, our friends and our communities safe.
I would also like to take this opportunity to publicly thank all the staff who work tirelessly at Castle Partnership. Each and every one works incredibly hard to try to ensure that patients get the best care possible on a daily basis.
On behalf of all the Partners and Staff at Castle Partnership, We would like to wish all our patients a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.
Once again we hope you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
