As the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend arrives, the Castle Partnership will be closed on the following days:
- Thursday 2nd June
- Friday 3rd June
- Saturday 4th June
- Sunday 5th June
The Partnership will reopen as usual on Monday 6th June at 08:00
You can help by making sure you are prepared for the bank holiday weekend and by using the right service at the right time. It is also a good idea to ensure that you have everyday medication like paracetamol or cough remedies available – it may be spring, but there are still lots of illnesses circulating.
If you need healthcare advice or support during the bank holiday, but are not sure what health service option to use, and if it is not an emergency, go to 111.nhs.uk. Due to high levels of demand, the 111 telephone service is currently extremely busy and is expected to remain so over the bank holiday period – please use the online option where possible.
If you do need to access a pharmacy this weekend, please be aware that many will be operating reduced hours. Local pharmacy details can be found via the NHS ‘Find a pharmacy’ service or can be found here for Norfolk and Waveney: https://www.england.nhs.uk/east-of-england/wp-content/uploads/sites/47/2022/04/Norfolk-Waveney-2.pdf
If it is a serious or life-threatening emergency, please do not delay – call 999 or go to A&E if you can safely do so.

We would like to thank all our patients for their support and to wish them a very happy and healthy Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend.
