Nursing team

At Castle Partnership we have a large Nursing Team. Our Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates, Health Care Assistants and Phlebotomists offer appointments for blood tests, blood pressure checks, long term condition and chronic disease reviews (such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes), cervical screening tests, immunisations, NHS Health Checks, dressings and more.

Polly qualified as nurse at UEA. She lives in Norwich with her 3 children. She worked at the NNUH before coming into General Practice. Polly supports her children with their sporting activities and is often found at the local rugby clubs cheering on her sons and their teams.

Gabi was born in a Kibbutz in Israel and moved to Norwich at the age of 10. Gabi was a Healthcare Assistant for over 10 years and recently completed her Nursing Associate Foundation Degree. Gabi is married with two children and loves going for walks in nature, swimming in the sea in the summer – travelling around in her campervan. Gabi has been with Castle partnership since 2018. Gabi is currently completing cervical screening training and will continue to develop her skills in other areas of nursing.

Lauren is currently completing the Trainee Nursing Associate Course with the University of East Anglia and will qualify in September 2026. She started working in General Practice as a Receptionist, and has worked as a Phlebotomist and Healthcare Assistant since. As well as seeing patients in her own clinics, Lauren supports the management and smooth running of the Nursing Department. She enjoys walks on the beach and likes to spend her free time with her Partner.

Hannah started at Castle in 2021 as a Phlebotomist and is now a Healthcare Assistant. In her spare time, as well as being a busy mum of three young children and a small dog, you can find Hannah cooking, baking & enjoying the outside with her family and friends. Hannah also loves arts and crafts including knitting and crocheting.

Prior to her role at Castle she worked nights in a residential care home in Leiston as a senior member of staff, she then opted for more sociable hours as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities,  Ella started her role at castle partnership in March 2023 as a Patient Care Coordinator since then she has trained as our domestic abuse campaign, attending regular training to keep up with legislations and advertisement. She then completed her phlebotomy training at the NNUH and more recently has completed her vaccine program and will soon be administering vaccines to our patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends & being a mum.
