At Castle Partnership we have a non-clinical team who support the smooth running of the Practice, from our patients first contact on the telephone or in the surgery, to booking an appointment, discussing feedback, organising referrals and more.
Caitlin Clarke – Business Manager
Caitlin studied at Anglia Law School, completing her Law Degree in 2013. She has since completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Primary Care Management, another in Healthcare Finance and is currently completing her MBA in Health Management. Caitlin has worked in many roles within General Practice, including as a Receptionist and Secretary – and managed the Covid Vaccination Programme in North Norfolk during the pandemic. She has worked as a Business Manager in General Practice since 2022, being awarded the title of Practice Manager of the year in 2023. Caitlin is passionate about ensuring her team enjoy coming to work and that patients receive the very best, compassionate care. Outside of work, Caitlin has twin girls who she enjoys spending all of her free time with!

Laura Soanes – Operations Manager
Laura qualified as a Pharmacy Technician in 2012 and worked within Community Pharmacy for a number of years before beginning to work across many Norwich GP Practices supporting the Primary Care Network. Laura joined Castle Partnership in 2023, taking up her position as Operations Manager in 2024. Laura is responsible for the smooth running of all areas of the Practice, and also manages the Flu & Covid Vaccination clinics. In 2024 Laura supported Norfolk & Waveney ICB by coordinating vaccinations for housebound patients in the Gorleston area. Laura won an award in 2024 for ‘Innovation in Practice’. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and visiting Garden Centres for a cuppa!

Rose Beggs – Finance Manager
Originally from Norwich, Rose’s career started in banking at HBOS where she completed their Management Trainee Programme, before later joining Yorkshire Water where she managed their Credit Control Team. She moved back to Norwich in 2006 and started working in the NHS for a large GP practice in South Norfolk. In July 2023, she joined Castle Partnership as Finance Manager. Rose has two sons and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, walking (her miniature schnauzer Olive) and going to the gym.

I have over 43 years’ experience in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management and Health and Safety. Previously a company director within the social housing sector across East Anglia. Qualified in NEBOSH Certificate and IOSHH. My role involves ensuring the surgeries are a safe working environment for Staff, Contractors and Patients alike. Outside of work I enjoy walking, socialising, spending time with the family and am a season ticket holder at Norwich City

Penni Youngs – I.T & Practice Support Lead
Penni has worked in General Practice for 35 years, with the vast majority being in I.T. Outside of work Penni enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves going to see West End shows and reading crime novels.

Danielle
Danielle has worked in General Practice for just over 10 years working in admin and reception, this is where Danielle enjoys to be the most, helping patients. She started at Castle Partnership in June 2022 as a Patient Service Coordinator, becoming Patient Service Coordinator Team Leader in May 2023. Danielle then trained to be a Phlebotomist alongside her team leader role to help with appointments in the surgery in March 2024. Danielle is now the Patient Services Manager, taking care of the Patient Services Team to keep a smooth running of the Reception. Danielle thoroughly enjoys her job and working with her team. Outside of work Danielle likes to book holidays, spend time with her family and enjoy life to the full.

Ella (Practice Safeguarding Champion)
Prior to her role at Castle Ella worked nights in a residential care home in Leiston as a senior member of staff, she then opted for more sociable hours as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, Ella started her role at Castle Partnership in March 2023 as a patient care coordinator since then she has trained as our domestic abuse campaign, attending regular training to keep up with legislations and advertisement. She then completed her phlebotomy training at the NNUH and now has regular clinics at all three sites, and more recently has completed her vaccine program and will soon be administering vaccines to our patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends being a mum trying to tame her unruly French bulldog and booking holidays.
